
ABOUT BLACK CAMEL SPICES
Hello, I’m Ron Osborne—a proud father of two and devoted husband to my incredible wife, Sheila. My journey has been a rich tapestry of evolving passions, hard-won lessons, and a deep commitment to creating something meaningful.
I began my professional path as a personal trainer, certified by AFPA, ASFA, and ISSA in Sports Nutrition. Health, fitness, and overall well-being weren’t just part of my career—they were a way of life. But after undergoing multiple surgeries, I was forced to step away from the fitness world. In that transition, I found myself returning to a lifelong love: cooking.
Food has always been at the heart of my story. In our family, mealtime meant connection, conversation, and care. That early foundation inspired me to begin crafting my own spice blends—bringing together bold flavors, tradition, and the spirit of home. And so, Black Camel Spices was born.
Of course, no story of mine would be complete without a nod to my deep-rooted loyalty to the Pittsburgh Steelers and University of Michigan football.
These teams represent more than just sports to me—they’re part of my history, my identity, and the values that keep me grounded.
I met Sheila in November 1999, and we were married in March 2006. Our relationship is anchored in faith, family, and mutual respect—values that shape every part of my life. With the love and support of my two brothers, Don and Herm, and my parents, Herman and Anita, I’ve always drawn strength and inspiration from family.
At the core of everything I do—personally and professionally—are the Five F’s: Family, Food, Faith, Football, and Fitness. These values are more than a motto; they’re a way of life, and the heart of Black Camel Spices.
