Once you place your Black Camel Spices order, please allow 1-2 days business days to get your order processed, perfectly packed, and into the hands of the shipping carrier. Once processed, ground shipping averages 2 - 4 business days.

If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team at blackcamelspice@gmail.com so we can make sure that your package successfully arrives.

International Orders

We are currently not shipping internationally.

 

Expedited Shipping

For 2-Day Expedited Shipping, please allow one additional day for processing time. Note that orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday 9 am-5 pm EST.

 

Tracking your shipment

Upon shipment, customers will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking link.

Delivery Disputes: If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please file a claim with the carrier. Once the investigation is complete, email us at blackcamelspice@gmail.com with the claim results and claim number. Upon receipt, we will review the case and issue a refund if applicable. All claims will be verified with the carrier.
