G.P.H. is my true all purpose seasoning. G.P.H. means Garlic Pepper and Herbs seasoning blend. Highlights of this blend is I added Curry Powder, Thyme, Paprika and Garlic Pepper along with a few other seasonings. Now with this one if I'm making something that calls for heat but (for my wife and father in law who can't take heat) it's a nice replacement for something spicey. I use this on everything from eggs to ground turkey. I also use this in my Salt n Pepper Shrimp along with Dragon Burn and The Lemon King. Awesome dish.
