Once processed, ground shipping averages 2 - 4 business days. Delivery Disputes: If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please file a claim with the carrier. Once the investigation is complete, email us at blackcamelspice@gmail.com with the claim results and claim number. Upon receipt, we will review the case and issue a refund if applicable. All claims will be verified with the carrier.
